People search "demolition Port Perry" when they have a pile of wood, a kitchen on the driveway, or a shed that is already down. That is not a wrecking crew. That is the dump on Reach Street — the Region's Scugog Waste Management Facility at 1623 Reach Street — and, if you do not have a truck, a junk trailer.
We haul what is already on the ground across Port Perry and Scugog — Blackstock, the lake, the villages. A lot of Uxbridge tips here too. We do not pull a building permit. We do not take a house down.
What the facility actually charges
The Region publishes the rates. They are the same number we pay when we tip.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. From the first Tuesday in May to the first Tuesday in October the site stays open until 6 p.m. on Tuesdays. Closed holidays. Debit, credit, or prepaid card — no cash, no cheques. Your vehicle is weighed in and out.
Wood, drywall, and carpet are accepted. Concrete and brick are fill, and fill costs more than twice as much. Mix even a little fill through a wood load and the scale treats the whole weight as mixed. Asbestos is refused.
If the pile fits in a pickup and you can lift it, drive it yourself. That is when not to hire us.
The curb will not take this
Scugog's bulky collection is for furniture. Construction, renovation, and demolition material are on the exclusion list for the Region's six municipalities, and for Oshawa and Whitby too. The curbside lookup is the place if the question is a couch. Do not put a kitchen tear-out at the curb.
Two packages
A pile already on the ground. Kitchen demo, a torn-out deck, a shed that is down. Light wood is the published card — a quarter trailer $209–$309, a half $379–$489, a full 15-yard $629–$799, before HST. Concrete, brick, or a mixed pad is a weight quote, for the reason in the table. The longer Region-wide walkthrough is renovation debris.
"I searched demolition." If it is still standing, wired, or on a foundation, you need a licensed demolition contractor, not a junk trailer. If a garden shed comes apart by hand, that is shed removal. We will say which side you are on from the photos.
Send photos of the pile. One wide shot, and one of anything that looks like concrete or a pad.
When a dump run is cheaper, and when it is not
A half-ton of drywall to Reach Street is the scale fee. That is the cheap option if you have the vehicle and the backs.
Hire us when there is no truck, the pile is in a basement, the wood is mixed with tile, or it is more than one load. Loading is the thing you are paying for, not the dump. What we cannot take is the same list as everywhere else: paint, fuel, asbestos.
Scugog is a scheduled window, not same-day. Same rates as Oshawa. The difference is when we can get there.
